Food glorious food! Most people love food, and it’s quite often an integral part of an event. People come together at mealtimes, and something magical happens. Whilst nourishing themselves with health supporting food, they are nurturing their connection with the people they’re sharing it with. In short, food brings people together, and that’s one of the reasons I love it.
Send me your event catering requirements and I’ll get in touch to bounce ideas around. I can develop bespoke menus to suit all sorts of needs, whether it’s vegan, vegetarian, raw food, or to suit a certain topic such as balancing blood sugar, so do get in touch and we can talk it through. Due to working time constraints (and small children), I’m currently only able to cater for small, local events and day retreats within about an hour’s drive from Peterborough.
My Event Food
Producing event menus really gets my creative juices flowing and getting cheffy is something I love every now and then. My bread and butter is helping busy family people turn ordinary ingredients into something delicious and healthy, but I love the freedom I have when I’m doing the cooking.
I also love hosting and putting time into creating a memorable and unique experience. My training as a Natural Chef has equipped me with the knowledge and tools to make elegant, refined food that is colourful, delicious but above all, nutritious. My menus are always rigorously tested in my brand new purpose built home test kitchen.

Taster Sessions
Every month, I offer a handful of one-off sessions to new clients. These may be enough to make a good impact or might help you discover if you would like to work with me longer term to support you on your health journey.
Fill in my pantry produce list in your own time, (who even has pantries nowadays, this is just a list of the non-refrigerated foods) then over 1 hour, we discuss your food choices and buying habits, and decide on some healthy, easy swaps with some recipe guidance to boot.
If you’re concerned about your family’s eating habits, worried your kids eat too much sugar (it’s a common one) or portion sizes confuse you, let’s talk it through. I’ll give you some nutrition guidance, food recommendations and helpful tips.
